Today, June 20, 2025, brings a whirlwind of updates from Brazil, where political and legal dramas continue to unfold. The former president, Jair Bolsonaro, finds himself embroiled in a complex web of legal challenges. The Brazilian Federal Police have uncovered indications of illegal espionage activities conducted by the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin) during Bolsonaro's tenure, targeting political adversaries. Although the list of those indicted remains confidential, Bolsonaro's name was reportedly confirmed by a senior Federal Police official, alongside over 30 others, including his son Carlos and the deputy Alexandre Ramagem.
